The customs limit for one parcel without paying duty: up to $800.
Maximum parcel value: up to $800.

Additional services:

• Consolidation: 1 euro for each enclosed parcel + 2 euro per box;
• Deconsolidation: 1 euro for each parcel + 1 euro for each box;
• Customs mark (EX or specified invoice) 10 Euros.

When accepting a parcel in the USA, its actual weight and volumetric weightare determined, the number of units of volumetric weight is calculated by the formula: (length, cm x height, cm x width, cm) / 5000). The calculation of the delivery cost is based on the greater of the actual and volumetric weight.

The maximum physical weight of a parcel is 30 kg.
The maximum volumetric weight of the parcel is 65 kg.

Maximum dimensions of the parcel:

Length plus girth: any package with its length (longest side of the package) plus girth [(2 x width) + (2 x height)] up to 250 cm in total.
Length: the longest side up to 120 cm.
Width: second longest side up to 60 cm.

The maximum gross weight for delivery by courier should not exceed 65 kg.

The gross weight is calculated by the formula: L x W x H, cm / 5000.
Example:

A box measuring 120x40x60 cm (120х40х60/5000 = 57,6 kg) is allowed for shipment.
A box measuring 120x50x60 cm (120x50x60/5000 = 72 kg) is not permitted for shipment because the gross weight is greater than 65 kg.

MEEST GERMANY GmbH does not pick up parcels from customers, the customer must send the parcel to our warehouse by any German postal service.

The procedure for sending postal items to Canada for private individuals.

MEEST GERMANY GmbH only accepts parcels in cardboard boxes with a maximum physical weight of 30 kg and a maximum volume weight of 65 kg. For this purpose, it is best to use a new corrugated cardboard box, as the box you have used before may not be sufficiently protective of the contents of your parcel. If you have to use a used box, make sure it is stiff, strong and in excellent condition, without any visible damage. Choose the strength of the box that is appropriate for the contents being shipped.

When packing items in a parcel, ensure that they are protected internally from possible damage. Try to wrap each item separately. Fragile items must be separated from each other and from the corners, sides, top and bottom of the box. Use appropriate padding material (bubble wrap, polystyrene foam pellets, crumpled paper, etc.) to fully protect your shipment. This prevents items from being damaged by each other and protects the contents of the parcel from unexpected shock and vibration. Items such as electronics, glass, ceramics require special attention when packing for safe transportation.

Aerosolised products, medicines, dietary supplements, and food are not allowed to be shipped to the United States. After you have packed all the items for shipment, you need to securely close your parcel. For this purpose, it is best to use a convenient and durable self-adhesive plastic tape.

To ensure fast and efficient delivery, when labelling your parcel, remember that international shipments must include the name of the contact person, phone number, postal code, and a detailed description of the package. Therefore, make every effort to obtain the actual address of the recipient. Always write the return address in full, including the full actual address and postal code.

The high-precision labels used by MEEST GERMANY GmbH when sending parcels include barcodes, sender and recipient addresses and region codes to ensure correct routing. In addition, the use of high-precision labels provides quick access to tracking and delivery information for your parcel.
