The «MEEST GERMANY GmbH» company accepts parcels for sending only in cardboard boxes with a maximum weight of 20 kg.
The dimensions of parcels must not exceed the standard dimensions permitted by postal legislation of 50cm x 50cm x 50cm.
For these purposes, it is best to use a new corrugated cardboard box, as the box used before may not be sufficiently protective of the contents of your parcel. If you have to use a used box, make sure it is stiff, strong and in excellent condition, without any visible damage. Choose a box strength that is appropriate for the contents being shipped.
When placing items in the parcel, it is necessary to ensure internal protection against possible damage. Try to wrap each item separately. Fragile items must be separated from each other, as well as from the corners, sides, upper part and bottom part of the box. Use the appropriate packing material (bubble wrap, polystyrene beads, crumpled paper, etc.) to fully protect your cargo. This prevents items from being damaged by each other and will protect the parcel contents from unexpected shocks and vibrations. Items such as electronics, glass, pottery require special attention when packing for safe transportation.
If you wish to send food items, please make sure that they are hermetically sealed. It is necessary to remember that weight restrictions have been introduced for sending food items. Their total weight should not exceed 10 kg. After you have packed all the items for delivery, you need to securely seal your parcel. For these purposes, the best thing is to use a convenient and firm self-adhesive plastic tape.
To ensure fast and proper delivery, when marking your parcel, remember that international shipments must include the contact person's name, phone number, ZIP code, and a detailed description of the contents. Therefore, make every effort to obtain the receiver's current address. Always fill in the full return address, including the full current address and ZIP code.
The high-accuracy labels used by «MEEST GERMANY GmbH» when sending parcels include barcodes, sender’s and receiver’s address data and region codes to ensure correct routing. Moreover, the use of high-accuracy labels provides quick access to information about your parcel tracking and delivery.
