How can I send a parcel?
You can send a parcel easily and conveniently through a cashier in MixMarkt supermarkets. Just address a cashier and they will help you arrange shipping in a matter of minutes.

What is allowed for sending?
You can send cosmetics, clothing, documents, food, toys, household chemicals, electronics, and books.
It is forbidden to send narcotic substances, explosive and flammable materials, perishable foods, products without packaging, alcohol, tobacco products and weapons.
What is the maximum duty-free shipping value?
Up to 150 euros. This is the value we reimburse in case of loss, damage or customer complaint.
Is there any insurance for shipped parcels?
Yes, all the parcels are insured. In case of loss, damage or customer complaint you get a reimbursement of up to 150 euros without additional levies.
What is the maximum weight of a parcel?
We accept parcels in cardboard boxes weighing up to 50 kg. Dimensions should not exceed 120 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm. An additional fee of 10 euros is charged for length between 120 cm and 200 cm, and 20 euros are charged if the length is over 200 cm.
How do I pack my parcel to ensure it arrives in one piece?
For reliable shipping, use a new corrugated cardboard box. If you are using a used box, make sure it is sturdy and in excellent condition. Ensure internal protection for items by wrapping them individually and using padding material to prevent damage.
Fragile items should be separated from each other and protected from the walls of the box.When packing food items, ensure that the packaging is airtight and keep in mind the weight limit of 10 kg.
Securely close the parcel with strong self-adhesive tape.
